That is why the defense fund set up by Jane Litte of Dear Author to help with her legal costs from the frivolous, and frankly offensive, lawsuit filed by Ellora's Cave founder Tina Engler in an attempt to prevent her (and only her, strangely, not Publisher's Weekly or any of the other publications/sites that have written stories about the problems at Ellora's Cave) from blogging about Ellora's Cave, has raised $42K in a day.
