On sale - I don't know for how long

Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking - Susan Cain

Some of you know that I have a brilliant, fabulous, and wonderful daughter who is getting ready to head off to college next year.

One of her defining character traits is a deep shyness, coupled with a sometimes-self-destructive-perfectionism. Neither of these things are necessarily negative, but they do make her life, occasionally, more difficult. Her therapist - who is wonderful - recommended that all of us read this book.

I've been waiting to buy it, and lo and behold, when I logged on happened to take a look at it (again) it is ON SALE for $2.99.
