The Quilty Reader

Lawyer, mother, avid reader. Game host extraordinaire! Partner in crime to Obsidian Black Plague! My bookish weaknesses include classics, fantasy, YA, and agreeing to read more books than is even remotely possible.

Reading progress update: I've read 159 out of 207 pages.

Passenger to Frankfurt - Agatha Christie

This book is what would happen if the Big Four had a threesome with Atlas Shrugged and Mein Kampf in the darkest corner of Agatha Christie's fevered imagination.

So, there's a shadowy underworld that is sowing anarchy throughout the world, and is using a young, beautiful German boy as their symbol. Who happens to be the secret son of Adolph Hitler, who escaped by hiding in a mental asylum and then fled to Argentina where he married a beautiful Aryan woman and procreated before he died.

(show spoiler)

I didn't think it was even possible for Agatha Christie to write a book this bad.

This book jumped the fucking shark.
