Getting into that holiday frame of mind
This is one of my favorite holiday books - it is the right combination of bitter and sweet for me, and I read it most years. I had skipped the last couple of years, so it was lovely to revisit Corrydale and Creagan and reacquaint myself with Elfrida, Oscar, Carrie, Lucy and Sam. This is a very cozy story, light on the religion, but heavy on family and charity and healing.
