I am looking for something to take on vacation

I am desperately seeking a book that fits the following requirements:

1. Is not YA

2. Is epic or high fantasy.

3. The setting is medieval Northern European - vaguely British, Scottish, Irish, French, German, Scandanavian all qualify.

4. Not grimdark.

5. At least 1000 pages (series total, not per book)

6. Is not Tolkien

7. Does not involve rape or sexual violence as a major plot driver

8. Probably not self-published

So, I'm generally looking for something in the vein of The Lord of the Rings, that is not The Lord of the Rings. Any suggestions?
